Excellent role on offer for an experienced and driven Production Manager looking to join a growing and forward-thinking manufacturing business, where you will play a key role in shaping production operations and driving continuous improvement across the site.

In this role, you will take full responsibility for production planning, day-to-day operations, and team leadership. You will ensure production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will also play a keyrole in driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting the business in achieving its long-term growth plans.

The Role:

Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
Oversee day-to-day production operations and workflow

Production Manager or Supervisor experience
Proven experience within a Fabrication environment
Knowledge of production planning and ERP/MRP systems
