Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager on behalf of one of our client a well-established retail & creative production company.
Location : Leicester
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per year (depending on experience).
The successful candidate will take ownership of the full project lifecycle for permanent in-store display production, managing everything from concept through to installation.
You’ll play a vital role in coordinating teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the complete production process for permanent in-store displays, ensuring projects are delivered to specification, schedule, and budget.
Act as the key liaison between clients, designers, suppliers, and installation teams, maintaining clear communication throughout.
Produce and manage project documentation, including briefs, schedules, and progress updates.
Ensure quality control and compliance with all retail, health & safety, and brand standards.
Proactively identify and address potential risks or issues before they impact delivery.
Support ongoing improvements to project management processes and workflow efficiency.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience managing projects within retail marketing, experiential, or production environments.
Solid understanding of display manufacturing, materials, and installation methods.
Highly organised with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Confident using project management systems and tools (e.g., Clarity).
Meticulous attention to detail combined with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance standards in retail environments.
