Are you an experienced Production Manager ready to take ownership of a busy accident repair centre?

This is a key leadership role overseeing day-to-day operations, driving performance, and ensuring high-quality repairs while leading and developing a skilled workshop team.

What you’ll be doing:

    Managing daily bodyshop operations to ensure efficiency and quality

  * 

    Leading, motivating, and developing workshop staff

  * 

    Ensuring repairs meet manufacturer and insurer standards

  * 

    Monitoring workflow, KPIs, and turnaround times

  * 

    Maintaining excellent customer service and site compliance

What you’ll need:

  * 

    Experience managing an accident repair centre or production team

  * 

    Strong leadership and people-management skills

  * 

    Solid understanding of bodyshop processes and repair standards

  *
