Production Manager
 Food Manufacturing
 South Yorkshire
 £60,000 - £65,000 + Bonus and up to 10% matched pension. 

This isn’t one of those roles where you inherit chaos and spend 6 months firefighting.
 This is a well-run, high-volume operation that now needs someone to push it from good to properly impressive.

You’ll be leading a team of 300+ across key production areas in a 24/7 environment.
 Not by standing on the side-lines, but by being visible, credible, and actually making things better.

You’ll work closely with all departments.
 You’ll challenge processes.
 You’ll drive standards.
 And you’ll turn “we’ve always done it this way” into something far more effective.
