Production Manager

Liverpool

Circa £50,000 to £55,000 DOE + Benefits Package

Monday to Thursday 07:00 to 19:00

Production Manager required for a reputable manufacturing company with a history of 80 years who are going through an exciting period of growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Production Manager looking to play an integral role in streamlining processes as the company invest in new equipment.

This role would suit an experienced and hands-on Production Manager from any manufacturing background. You will need both leadership and change management experience, as well as a working knowledge of LEAN principles such as 5S, Kaizen, SMED etc.

The successful Production Manager will oversee the day-to-day planning of production across the site. The company have approximately 165 employees in total, including three team leaders and two supervisors who will report directly into this role.

The Production Manager Role:

· Day to day planning and oversight of production activities

· Leading, mentoring and guidance of team

· Working with automated machinery

· Lead process improvements projects

· Oversee H&S and quality

The Production Manager Candidate:

· Experience in a Production Manager or similar role

· Experience in manufacturing

· Experience with LEAN principles

· Change management experience
