 Our client is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations and drive performance across the production team. This hands-on role requires strong leadership skills and experience within blown film extrusion, with a focus on productivity, quality, continuous improvement and team.

Roles/Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop a team of Team Leaders and Operators across shift.
Drive performance through KPI monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
Review and update SOPs, training plans and operator competency standards.
Work closely with Engineering and OEMs to maximise machine performance and reliability.
Support raw material planning and ordering, including polymers and blends.
Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety and environmental standards across production.
 About You

Proven experience within blown film extrusion.
5+ years' production management experience
Strong KPI monitoring and performance management experience.
Continuous Improvement knowledge (Lean, 5S, Six Sigma or similar).
Experience training, developing and coaching production teams.
