Job Description

We are working with a reputable client based in Salisbury who require a Production Manager to join their team.

The position is a permanent role paying £38,000 - 42,000 per annum (DOE)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm

28 days holiday (including bank holidays)

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Production Manager within large format printing and signage.

Key Responsibilities:.

  * Oversee day-to-day large format print and signage production

  * Monitor stock levels and order materials

  * Carry out colour matching and quality control checks

  * Maintain and operate printers, cutters, laminators, and other production equipment

  * Liaise with customers and internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Installation

  * Monitor production schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time

  * Assist with on-site signage installations, including vehicle graphics where possible

Key Requirements:

  * Previous experience in large format print and signage production

  * Strong knowledge of print production processes and equipment

  * Signage installation experience is essential

  * Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

  * Vehicle graphics fitting experience (desirable)
