Production Manager
£45,000 - £50,000 + Bonus + Progression + Private Healthcare + Pension + Benefits
Whitstable (Commutable from: Canterbury, Herne Bay, Sittingbourne, Sturry, Faversham, Ramsgate, Sandwich or Surrounding Areas)
Are you a Production or Manufacturing Manager / Leader in an engineering environment? Are you looking to join a well-established manufacturer where you'll have full autonomy to drive improvement, develop your team, and shape shop floor strategy?

This role would suit a Production Manager with a background in manufacturing or engineering, confident in team leadership, Lean processes and driving KPI performance.
The Role -
* Lead day-to-day production across a precision CNC machine shop
* Develop people, drive process improvements and lead safety initiatives
* Champion Lean, 5S and TPM practices across the shop floor
* Monitor KPIs, escalate issues, and support operational strategy
The Candidate -
* Experienced Production / Manufacturing Manager
* Background in CNC / Engineering / Precision Manufacturing
* Strong leadership and people development skills
* Knowledge of Lean tools, process improvement and KPI delivery
