Alexander Steele continue to work in partnershp with this market leading Food Manufacturer based in Manchester who have grown consistently year on year for the last 5 years with growth projected to continue for the next 5 years.
Due to the ongoing success the business now require a high performing Production professional to join the senior management team as their Production Packing Manager, salary is up to £50k and this role will operate Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. This such a crucial part of this food manufacturing business were you will oversee the careful completion of the product and packing of the product, making sure that this arrives on time to the end customer.
You will have a team of Production FLM's & Despatch FLM's reporting directly to you and your role will report to the sites Head of Operations.
What we are looking for:
* This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful building with a fantastic working culture and we are looking for a highly driven individual with experience in Food Manufacturing.
* You must have a high level of people management experience within Production Management for UK Food Manufacturers.
* An understanding of despatch/logistics would be desirable but not essential.
* You must be able to show measurable achievements within your production management roles.
Whats On Offer:
* Salary up to £50k

* 33 Days Holiday including Bank Holidays
* Working Hours are Mon - Fri, 8am to 5pm
