The Job You’ll Do;
* Managing an assembly operation of highly skilled workers
* Plan, coordinate, and oversee the production process to ensure top-tier efficiency
* Lead, inspire, and develop your team to drive continuous improvements
* Manage budgets and maximize productivity
* Monitor quality control and raise performance standards
* Collaborate across departments to achieve business goals
* Identify and resolve challenges that could impact production
* Reporting directly to the Managing Director
