About the Role:
As a Production Manager, you'll report directly to the Regional Operations Manager and collaborate with another Production Manager to oversee a dedicated team of approximately 30 employees across three shifts. Your mission, To lead production activities that meet the financial and operational objectives outlined in our corporate business plan while upholding the highest standards of Environmental, Health, and Safety.
Key Responsibilities:
maximise Productivity: Monitor and evaluate production activities to ensure optimal resource allocation and achieve volume and quality targets.
Align with Customer Expectations: Work closely with the contracts team to synchronise production with client needs.
Resource Management: analyse stock levels and manage production based on current sales volume and transport capacity.
Continuous Improvement: Research and recommend investments in technology and equipment to enhance production capabilities.
Policy Development: Implement operating procedures in collaboration with corporate experts to meet current and future targets.
Team Leadership: Develop and evaluate a high-performing team, conducting performance reviews and managing attendance.
What We Offer:
Competitive Salary: Up to £41,000, based on experience.
Annual Bonus: Earn up to 5% of your salary based on performance indicators.
Flexible Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week, with a paid daily break of 30 minutes.

Pension Scheme: Auto-enrollment at 4%, with the company matching up to 5%.
