Production Manager - Structural & Architectural Steelwork, start asap
Location: Within 45 minutes of Bedford
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + bonus + benefits
Type: Permanent, full-time (40 hours/week)
We're looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead the operations of a thriving steelwork fabrication business delivering architectural and structural projects.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day production and lead a team of workshop staff.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards.
Drive health & safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Liaise with design, projects, and installation teams for smooth handovers.
Monitor KPIs and budgets, resolving issues promptly.What We're Looking For
Proven experience in structural or architectural steelwork production.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Good knowledge of health & safety and quality standards.
