Coldstream (Commutable from: Kelso, Berwick - upon - Tweed, Duns, Horrncliffe, Jedburgh, Eyemouth & surrounding areas etc)
Are you a Production Manager with a manufacturing looking for an exciting opportunity to take the step into a lead role that will offer you continuous training in order to become a technical expert in your field?
On offer is an excellent chance for a Production Team Lead / Supervisor to step into a management role where you will receive further training progress their career towards the senior roles within the company's production / management team.
The company are very well established and have developed a reputation for looking after their employees and providing a platform for technical development which can be seen by their low turnover of staff.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production.
This position would suit a Production Manager looking to take the first step into a lead role where you will provide a strong platform for technical development.
