Acorn by Synergie is seeking an experienced Production Manager for a client to lead manufacturing operations, oversee day-to-day production, and manage a team of supervisors to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety across all processes.
Key responsibilities:
Monitor daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
Ensure products meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
Identify areas for improvement and implement lean manufacturing principles.
Develop and implement efficient production schedules to meet customer demand and deadlines.
Promote a safe working environment through regular audits and training.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in production management or a similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse production team.
