Cure Talent are excited to partner with a leading manufacturer of innovative healthcare solutions in their search for a Technical Production Manager.
As the new Technical Production Manager, you will take ownership of operational performance, people leadership, and process optimisation. This is a pivotal role within the manufacturing team, responsible for directing and co-ordinating production to meet manufacturing schedules, cost targets, and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
* Ensuring products are manufactured to specification and delivered on time
* Monitoring and managing budgets, stock levels, waste, and productivity
* Leading lean manufacturing programmes, including 5S
* Working with Quality, Health & Safety, and Customer Service to optimise processes and resolve issues
* Managing staffing levels, recruitment, training and development
Key requirements
* Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent
* Previous experience in Production Management
* Demonstrable experience with lean manufacturing, process improvements and proactive quality management
* Excellent leadership with the ability to deliver results in a pressurised environment
* Experience in a highly regulated production environment
