£50,000 - £60,000 + £5000 Bonus + Progression + Training + 32 Days Holiday

My client is seeking an ambitious individual with proven experience in the food manufacturing sector who can bring fresh ideas, implement effective processes and procedures, and play a key role in driving the business forward. Established over 10 years ago, this company has achieved consistent 20% year-on-year growth and continues to expand following a recent acquisition and significant investment. With multiple local factories within the wider group, career progression is available in abundance. This business has a clear plan and vision for the future and now requires a motivated Production Manager to support its next phase of growth and success.
Your role as a Production Manager will include:
* Leading, coaching, and developing a cross-functional team
* Driving continuous improvements across people, processes, and performance
* Taking ownership of raw materials, supplier management, P&L, H&S, QC, and HACCP standards
* Overseeing and optimising production planning
The successful Production Manager will have:
* A strong background within food manufacturing
* Proven experience across procurement and supply chain
* In-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
* Experience applying lean manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency
