💼 £50,000–£65,000 + Bonuses | Mon–Fri | Full-Time | Permanent
Poolhall Recruitment is proud to partner with one of the UK’s top names in bespoke furniture and upholstery. Due to exceptional growth and a full order book, they’re on the hunt for a hands-on Production Manager to lead their skilled team in the heart of London.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
*
Leading production across Joinery, Upholstery, and Finishing departments
*
Getting hands-on when needed – you're not afraid to pick up the tools
*
Inspiring a team of highly skilled craftspeople
*
Creating templates and interpreting technical upholstery drawings
*
Ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety hit the mark every time
*
Keeping documentation tight: ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 compliance
*
Working closely with management to meet production goals and deadlines
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
*
Furniture industry background is a must
*
Time-served Upholsterer with hands-on know-how
*
Able to read upholstery plans, blueprints, and lead by example
*
Comfortable with fabrics, foams, and all things furniture
*
Skilled with scissors, shears, and attention to detail
*
Natural leader with strong communication and organisation skills
💰 What’s In It For You:

💸 Salary: £50,000–£65,000 DOE
