Production Manager – Night Owls Wanted! (4pm – 2:30am) Mon-Thursday - No weekends!

We’re on the hunt for a Production Manager to take charge of an evening shift (4pm – 2:30am). Monday - Thursday NO WEEKENDS
You’ll be the captain of the ship after hours, steering your team to deliver KPIs, keep everything safe and smooth, and make sure the production line doesn’t just run – it flies.
What you’ll be doing (when everyone else is watching EastEnders):

Driving performance on Safety, Quality, OTIF, Labour efficiency, and defect eradication
*
Championing energy, waste reduction, and generally being the “go-to” person when things need sorting.
*
Leading your team – setting standards, motivating, coaching, mentoring, and keeping the wheels turning (sometimes literally).
*
Keeping Health & Safety at the top of the agenda – PPE on, areas tidy, and making sure it looks good when visitors drop by.
*
Promoting lean manufacturing and continuous improvement – SIC, 5S, TPM, Kaizen – all the good stuff.

A strong leader who can manage people, solve problems, and keep calm under pressure.

Someone who loves KPIs as much as they love their morning lie-in.

Experience in production, manufacturing, or operations management.

A team player who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
