£30,000 to £40,000 + 33 days holiday (inc bank), mileage, laptop, phone

We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Production Manager to join our team, working on a variety of high-profile live events. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a supportive and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and delivering live events, ensuring all technical elements run smoothly.
Coordinate with clients, crew, and suppliers to guarantee seamless execution.
Support logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation alongside the Senior Production Manager.
Contribute to CAD plans, cable plans, and schematics.
Attend site visits and provide hands-on support at events.
Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards.
We’re Looking For
Previous experience in live events production (technician or warehouse background).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
CAD software skills and ability to interpret technical drawings (advantageous).
Full driving license and willingness to travel.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and stay away as required.
