The role
* Overseeing the management of 8/9 readymix concrete plants around the East Anglia area
* Based out of the Norwich site, you will travel to the other sites when required
* Managing a team of around 20 including Plant Supervisors, Relief Supervisors, Fitters, and Apprentices
* Quarterly 121's with the team
* Full P&L responsibility
* Managing maintenance
* Taking responsibility for CapEx projects
What you need
* Experience of managing within a heavy engineering environment
* Managing a large team
* Experience of managing multiple sites
* Managing a maintenance team
* Full UK Driving Licence
