Job Description
We’re hiring for a Production Manager to join a long-established manufacturing business based in Stockport.
In this role, you’ll lead production across a 24/7 operation, with a strong focus on Health & Safety, compliance, and driving continuous improvement.

What will you be doing as a Production Manager?
* Overseeing daily production, ensuring safety, quality, and performance standards are achieved
* Leading and motivating teams across a 4-shift day/night rotation
* Taking ownership of Health & Safety, ensuring compliance with all standards and legislation
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency
* Collaborating with Maintenance, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
* Managing HR responsibilities including staffing, training, and performance management
What do you need?
* Experience as a Production Manager within a manufacturing environment
* Strong background in Health & Safety with NEBOSH qualification (essential)
* Proven leadership of multiple teams in a fast-paced, 24-hour operation
