Location: Leicestershire
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00

As Production Manager, you’ll lead a skilled, multi-functional team and take ownership of daily production and fulfilment operations. You’ll be instrumental in improving processes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading day-to-day production operations to consistently meet output targets, deadlines, and quality standards
* Managing, developing, and inspiring a multi-skilled production team
* Identifying and implementing process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce waste
* Collaborating with planning, warehouse, customer service, and other departments for smooth operational flow
* Monitoring and reporting on KPIs including output, quality, and efficiency
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards and operational procedures
* Conducting team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions
* Troubleshooting production challenges and delivering timely solutions
Who We’re Looking For:
You’ll be an ambitious, hands-on professional ready to step into a leadership role in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You’ll bring:
* Proven experience in production management, operations, or a similar leadership role within manufacturing, preferably in apparel, sportswear, or teamwear
* Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Experience with production planning, KPI management, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
* Knowledge of health & safety, quality control, and operational efficiency
