We’re working with a long-established creative print business known for delivering high-end, visually striking projects across the retail, events, and corporate sectors. With a reputation for quality and innovation, they’re looking to bring in a Production Manager to oversee day-to-day operations within their Large Format division — ensuring every project runs smoothly, on time, and to the highest possible standard.
The Role:
You’ll take ownership of production schedules, manage a small but talented team, and work closely with account managers and studio staff to bring complex print campaigns to life. You’ll be hands-on in managing output, maintaining workflow efficiency, and ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of large format print production — from scheduling and materials to final dispatch
Support and mentor the production team to maintain high quality and productivity
Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless communication across jobs
Manage supplier relationships and uphold cost-effective production standards
Maintain H&S and quality control processes across the production floorAbout You:
