To lead a Production team in the achievement of functional objectives which support the site business plan ensuring there are appropriately qualified and educated staff for specific tasks and production areas.

Description
Overseeing production line operations in line with company targets and quality standards.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the production area.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Implementing effective resource management strategies.
Leading and motivating a team to reach production goals.
Coordinating with other departments to optimise production processes.
Constantly seeking opportunities to improve systems and procedures
Ensuring KPI's are achievedShift Pattern: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm
