Production Manager (Night Shift) – Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: Up to £45,000 (flexible) + bonus
Working Hours: Mon–Thu 4:00pm–2:30am (30 min unpaid break) → 40 hrs
We’re looking for a Production Manager to launch and lead a new night shift within a major UK manufacturer in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a rare opportunity to shape a team and make your mark, backed by a stable, growing business.
What you’ll do:
Set up and manage night shift operations from the ground up
Recruit, train, and lead a team of operatives
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are achievedWhat you’ll need:
