The Role
My client is looking for an experienced and driven Production Manager to lead their production team and ensure smooth, efficient, and safe manufacturing operations. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high production standards, achieving output targets, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement on site.
Key Responsibilities of a Production Manager
Manage daily production operations to meet volume, quality, and cost targets.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors and operators.
Drive adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO, etc.).
Work closely with Planning, Maintenance, and Quality teams to optimize production schedules and minimize downtime.
Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor KPIs and use data to identify and address performance gaps.
Manage resource planning, training, and performance evaluations within the production team.
About You
Proven experience in a Production Management role within FMCG, food, or beverage manufacturing.
Strong people management and leadership skills.
Excellent understanding of production processes, quality systems, and lean principles.
Results-driven, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and safety.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
