Job Description

Sutton Recruitment are currently seeking Production Manufacturing Operatives to join a manufacturing site based in Brough. This is a hands-on role within a clean, modern environment, supporting the production and testing of high-quality assemblies. Full training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for reliable individuals with strong attention to detail.

Location:
Brough, East Yorkshire
(Approximately a 10-minute walk from Brough Train Station – direct routes to Hull)

Pay Rate:
£12.71 per hour
Overtime paid at £19.07 per hour

Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am – 1:30pm
37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
• Assembling components and products to specification
• Using hand tools such as wire strippers, heat guns, crimpers, braid trimmers and soldering irons
• Reading and following assembly drawings and work instructions (training provided)
• Carrying out basic testing and quality checks
• Maintaining high levels of accuracy in a detailed, hands-on environment
• Working in line with health and safety procedures at all times

• Reliable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• No previous experience required – full training provided
