Job Description
Evolve Personnel are currently recruiting for a Production MIG Welder for our client in the Lye, Stourbridge area.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following key skills: MIG Welding working with mild steel primarily, other materials would be a bonus, welding in a production type environment.
Duties of the Production MIG Welder:
* Perform MIG welding on various metal components and structures
* Read and interpret drawings
* Conduct quality checks to ensure welds meet required standards
* Use power tools and hand tools to prepare materials for welding
* Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
* Maintain a clean and organised work area
* Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition
Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm / Friday: 4:00pm finish
Overtime regularly required to suit business needs.
