Machine Operative Feeder – Northampton
Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Temporary Day Shift for Training: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Temp to perm £29000 per annum
We are currently seeking a Machine Operative Feeder to join our clients team in Northampton. This role involves feeding materials into machinery and ensuring smooth operation throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Feed materials into machines efficiently and safely
Monitor machine performance and report any issues
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Follow health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
Good attention to detail and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work the initial day shift for training
Shift Details:
Main Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Training Period: First few weeks on day shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
