Production / Operations Manager
£45,000 to £50,000 + Progression + 34 days Holiday + Benefits
Hereford / Telford (Could be based: Worcester, Kidderminster, Ludlow, Bridgnorth, Leominster)
Are you a Production / Operations Manager, looking to work for a leading business, where you will oversee the production operations across two sites and have the chance to have a real impact on the direction of the business?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established company, where you will put your own stamp on best process and grow your own teams.
The company are a leading business, producing packaging for a variety of industries. You'll be joining at an excellent time as they look to add a production / operations manager to their senior management team.
In this role you will oversee the daily production operations across the companies two small sites in Hereford and Telford. This will involve improving efficiency of the production process', continuous improvements and management of the production and operations staff.
The role would suit a senior production or operations manager who is happy with travel to two sites.
The Role:
Production / Operations Manager
Oversee production across Hereford & Telford sites
Manage teams to maximise efficiency
Process improvements
Ensure safety and well running of site
The Person:
Production / manufacturing background
Site management experience
Full UK driving license
