Immediate Start - Production Operatives Wanted! 🚨
📍 Location: Barnwell, Northamptonshire, PE8
🕖 Shift: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 15:30 - and able to stay till 16:30 (1 hour overtime daily)
💰 Pay: £12.69/hour (with overtime at £19.04/hour and Saturday overtime £25.38/hour)
🎯 Bonuses available after 3 months!

We're recruiting Production Operatives to join a fast-paced, growing team in Barnwell. If you're hands-on, reliable, and ready to learn, this is your chance to build a long-term career in a supportive and rewarding environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Operating machinery and equipment (full training provided)
Preparing reinforced steel for production lines
Maintaining factory machinery and vehicles
Assisting with cleaning and safety tasks
Inspecting products to ensure top quality
What We're Looking For:
Background in construction, roofing, scaffolding, groundwork, or similar is ideal - but not essential!
Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on, industrial environment
Great timekeeping, team spirit, and a willingness to learn
Basic numeracy and literacy
Able to follow health & safety rules and wear PPE
