Job Description
We are currently recruiting reliable and motivated Production Operatives for a well-established manufacturing company in Littlehampton. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking consistent work, competitive pay, and long-term prospects within a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Ensure all products meet quality and safety standards
Follow health & safety, hygiene, and company procedures
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily targets
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your work area
Candidate Requirements:
Punctual, dependable, and hardworking
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Previous experience in a production or warehouse setting is an advantage but not essential - full training provided
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime
What We Offer:
