Production Operative roles available in Brassington, near Matlock – ideal for those looking to build their skills through on-the-job training!
Do you live local to Matlock? Are you looking for hands-on work with an established team? A local company in Brassington is currently seeking reliable Production Operatives with a Counterbalance Licence to join their growing workforce.
Shifts:
* Monday to Friday, rota-based
* 6:00am – 14:30pm / 14:00pm – 22:30pm
* Rotating weekly shifts
Pay:
* £12.40 per hour – Days
* £14.26 per hour – Afters
Duties:
* Carrying out production line tasks such as weighing, packaging, and labelling products
* Operating machinery and performing quality checks
* Using a Forklift Counterbalance to move stock around the site
Experience:
* Due to the site location (Brassington, Derbyshire), own transport is required
* Applicants must be available to work on a shift rotation basis (days and afternoons)
* Must have a Counterbalance Forklift Licence
* Some aspects of the role require lifting completed bags and stacking pallets by hand
* Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred
