Production Operator/Forklift Driver Required Milton Keynes - Start ASAP
Are you an experienced Process Operator with a valid Counterbalance forklift licence? Looking for a long-term opportunity with a reputable company? We have a fantastic temp-to-perm position available in Milton Keynes that could be perfect for you!
This hands-on role is vital to the smooth running of our client's production operations. You'll work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring materials and processes are handled efficiently and safely.
Key Info:
Working Hours: Rotating Shifts: 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm (Monday to Friday)
Rate: £14.80 - £17.00 per hour
Employment basis: Temp to perm
Start date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and mixing materials
Operating machinery
Manual handling (up to 12kg-25kg)
Inventory management and materials handling
Overseeing quality control processes
Monitoring and supporting manufacturing workflow
Reporting and resolving any equipment or process issues
Completing shift handovers and start-up duties
Using internal systems and completing admin tasks
Operating a Counterbalance forklift
Taking full ownership of the processing area What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail
Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Inventory and materials handling experience
Confident computer skills
Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
