Job Description
We currently recruiting for a Production Operative/ FLT Driver to join a company based in Sheepbridge.
Working Hours
* Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay
* £13 per hour

Key Responsibilities
* Operate machinery, conduct basic quality checks, and perform routine maintenance to ensure production runs smoothly.
* Safely operate a forklift truck (FLT) using a counterbalance truck.
* Assist with machinery operations and production tasks once trained.
* Handle and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring all required paperwork is completed accurately.
Required Experience & Skills
* Prior experience operating a counterbalance truck (an in-date accredited licence).
* Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment is essential.
* Familiarity with tools and machinery operation is required.
* Strong attributes including flexibility, punctuality, reliability, willingness to learn, and good written and verbal communication skills.
* A valid counterbalance licence is mandatoryBefore You Apply
