Production Operative
Location: Redditch, Worcestershire
Pay: £12.46 per hour
Hours: Rotating early and late shifts (37.5 hrs paid per week)
* Earlies: Mon–Thurs 5:45am–1:45pm, Fri 5:45am–12:55pm
* Lates: Mon–Thurs 1:45pm–9:45pm, Fri 1:45pm–8:05pm

The Role
You’ll be working as part of a friendly production team, operating a range of machines and using hand-held tools to manufacture products to a high standard. Training is provided, so as long as you’re reliable, willing to learn, and have a good attitude, you’ll fit right in.
Key duties include:
* Operating CNC routers and pin machines
* Using hand-held tools and production machinery
* Following safety and quality procedures
* Working as part of a close-knit, supportive team
