Production Operative – Food Manufacturing
Location: Winchester
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Day shifts starting between 06:00 – 11:15)
Are you a team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for Production Operatives to join our client’s busy food manufacturing team in Winchester. This role is ideal for individuals with previous experience in food production or FMCG, though full training will be provided for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities

Operate production machinery and accurately follow recipes and procedures
*
Maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards (“clean as you go” policy)
*
Carry out quality control checks and complete all required documentation
*
Work collaboratively to meet production targets and maintain efficiency
What We’re Looking For
*
Previous experience in food manufacturing or FMCG (preferred but not essential)
*
Good literacy, numeracy, and attention to detail
*
Food Safety or Health & Safety qualifications are an advantage
