The Company - Production Operative
Our Client are a leading global automotive supplier located in Dove Valley Park, Foston, Derby. They are currently seeking Production Operatives to join their dynamic team and play a crucial role in their fast-paced automotive plant.
Job Specification - Production Operative
As a Production Operative, your responsibilities will include:
* Loading components onto the production line.
* Conducting quality checks on finished parts, and working diligently towards daily targets.
* The role features a weekly shift rotation between day and late shifts, providing you with a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, totalling 35.5 hours a week.
The ideal candidates will possess:
* While previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable, it is not a strict requirement as comprehensive training will be provided.
* The ideal candidates should be self-motivated, adaptable, and possess strong communication skills.
* A good level of literacy and numeracy is also important.
Hours & shifts:
* Day Shift: 06:00 – 13:55
* Late Shift: 15:20 – 23:15
* Overtime opportunities are available!
The Benefits - Production Operative
* Days: £12.62/hr
* Lates: £14.53/hr
* Overtime: £18.48/hr (Mon-Sat) and £24.64/hr (Sun)
