Job Description:
My client is a family-owned business that creates delicious Blends and Seasonings enjoyed by major retailers across the UK.
Due to continued growth, they are looking for reliable and enthusiastic Production Operatives to join their busy, friendly production team.
What you'll be doing:
Weighing, mixing, and packing seasonings
Accurately complete production paperwork using an iPad, in line with BRCGS AA standards, retailer approvals, and full traceability requirements.
Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace (“clean as you go”)
Handling materials safely – heavy lifting required
Working efficiently as part of a small, supportive team
Always following hygiene and safety standards
What we're looking for:
Previous food production experience (preferred but not essential)
Good communication skills and a team mindset
Basic Maths, English, and computer skills
Reliable, positive, and flexible attitude
Physically fit and able to work at pace
Forklift licence is a bonus – training can be provided
