Job Description

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join our team. This role involves working on a production line packing grains, seeds, and similar agricultural products, ensuring all items are processed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  * Operating machinery to fill bags with grains and seeds

  * Weighing and checking products to ensure accuracy

  * Sewing and sealing bags using industrial sewing equipment

  * Inspecting finished products for quality and defects

  * Stacking and palletising completed bags

  * Labelling and preparing goods for dispatch

  * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

  * Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements

  * Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment is desirable but not essential

  * Ability to carry out manual handling tasks and work on your feet for extended periods

  * Good attention to detail and accuracy

  * Ability to work as part of a team

  * Willingness to learn and follow instructions
