Job Description

Temporary Seasonal Role - Production Operative / Production Support

Location: Harrogate, HG2
 Contract: Temporary (4-6 months, Monday-Friday)
 Hours: 4-5 days per week, 8:00am-4:00pm (up to 37.5 hours) depending on work load. 
 Pay: £12.71 per hour (first 12 weeks), rising to £13.33 per hour

We're looking for Production Operatives to join our growing Harrogate team on a seasonal temporary contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience, develop new skills, and work with a company that values teamwork and quality.

What You'll Be Doing

Operating heat press machines (full training provided)
Picking and packing orders with accuracy and care
Supporting production runs and keeping workflow smooth
Monitoring and organising stock
Handling general tasks, including some lifting, folding, opening and sealing bags
Maintaining excellent production and quality standards
Quality checks
Operating folding machines
 What We're Looking For

Experience in production, factory, or warehouse work
Knowledge of print or heat press processes is a bonus
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Comfortable with physical tasks and being on your feet
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Able to work well in a busy, team-focused environment
