Hours per week: 39
6:45 - 15:45 (Mon - Thurs)
6:45 - 11:45 (Fri)

Client Summary:
Working for CNH Industrial - a major manufacturer of Agricultural Vehicles and Machinery. Based out of the Basildon Manufacturing Plant.

Position Summary:
This role is that of a Production Operative on the production team responsible for assembling components of the Vehicles. 
Training will be provided, this will be largely on the job and you will be paired with a "Buddy" for the first 4 weeks.

Roles can include:
* Carrying out designated assembly tasks repetitively as part of a moving production line
* Using air, power and hand tools to fit a range of components into Tractor Assemblies
* Working from assembly drawings and instructions
* Installation of components into the units along the production line

Person Profile/Experience:
* Experience with some form of mechanical assembly or fitting
* Ability to maintain concentration and focus to ensure work is carried out to the required quality, within the required timescale 
* Work safely and with awareness for the safety of others around you 
* Ability to work well with both hand and power tools
* Ensure that any problems or issues are promptly escalated to the Team Leader 
* Work effectively as part of the team
* Experience working to instructions - following set out procedures
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment or production line
