Production Operative – Career Progression with a Global Manufacturer

Location: Wellington, TA21 9JG
 Pay: £12.95/hour starting rate → £14.23/hour (one skill learned) → £16.76/hour (multi‑skilled)

 Hours: Full-time | 40 hours/week | Rotating Shifts (6am–2pm & 2pm–10pm, Monday to Friday)

Our client, a well‑established international packaging manufacturer, is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Production Operatives to join their growing team in Wellington. Key Responsibilities

Operate and set up high‑tech production machinery
Maintain product quality to company standards
Work collaboratively to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
Progress through a structured training pathway to become multi‑skilled

Pay & Overtime

Starting Rate: £12.95/hour
Progression to One Skill: £14.23/hour
Multi‑Skilled Rate: £16.76/hour

Overtime (paid at time and a half)

£19.43/hour (starting rate)
£21.35/hour (one skill)
£25.14/hour (multi‑skilled)
