Position: Production Operative
Location: Sheffield, S3
Shifts: Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.30pm
Friday 7.00am to 2pm
Pay Rate: £13.38 per hour
Start: Interview slots available
About the Role
We’re recruiting reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a successful manufacturing team based in Sheffield, S3. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for long-term, stable work within a supportive and well‑established business.
Key Responsibilities
  * Operating production and assembly machinery and the use of hand tools daily
  * Using industrial saws/guillotines and shot blasters
  * Using Panel saws to cut material including MDF, XPS insulation and rockwool
  * Packing, labelling, and quality checking finished products
  * Following health & safety and site procedures
  * Maintaining a clean and organised work area
  * Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily production targets
What We’re Looking For
  * Previous production or manufacturing experience is essential
  * Good attention to detail
  * Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
  * Reliable, punctual, and hard‑working
