Are you a dependable Factory Operative or Production Operative looking for a rotating shift role with longer shifts, regular time off, and the chance to earn a weekly attendance bonus? This is a great opportunity for a committed Production Operative to join a busy factory environment.

We are recruiting Factory Operatives / Production Operatives to work rotating day and night shifts on a 4 on 4 off pattern:

6am – 6pm
6pm – 6am
✅ Day and night shifts rotate
✅ 4 days on / 4 days off
✅ £12.71 per hour
As a Factory Operative / Production Operative, you will be involved in production line work, operating machinery, quality checking, and maintaining a safe and clean factory environment.
