Production Operative
Moira, Swadlincote, DE12
£14.28 Per Hour
 
We have a new, immediate start, opportunity for reputable manufacturer based in Moira, Swadlincote, DE12.

The role involves operating  production machinery as trained and notifying line leaders, engineers or supervisors if you encounter any problems.

Following precise specification sheets you will be ensuring correct packaging and materials for the products and doing quality checks throughout the manufacturing process and record details as required.

At all time you must follow the health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
 
Days and Hours of Work

Monday to Thursday   21:45pm – 06:00am
Friday    19:15pm – 02:15am

The Role

Operating machinery as trained
Providing feedback to line leader, engineers or supervisors if there are any issues with production
Follow specification sheets to ensure correct packaging and materials
Perform regular visual quality checks to ensure products are meeting the required standards
Ensure the finished products meet the company quality parameters
Follow the health and safety and hygiene procedures as per the site handbooks
Comply with all company policies and procedures
Ensure your work area is clean, tidy and safe 
About you

Ideally you will have production/manufacturing experience
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills – written & verbal
Hard working and reliable 
The site offers on-site parking and full induction and training.
