Job Description
Seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our manufacturing client's team and support on the workshop floor.
Temp to Perm role
Based in Bideford
£12.71 per hour - to increase after 13-weeks
Monday to Friday - 8.00 am to 5.00 pm

Key Responsibilities
Operate machinery and equipment used in pallet production
Follow detailed production plans and adhere to health & safety standards
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Assist with loading and unloading materials
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
Report any faults, issues, or malfunctions promptly
Carry out basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery Requirements
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items
Basic understanding of workplace health & safety
Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
Willingness to work overtime when required What's on Offer
