Location: DE74 - Kegworth
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift Pattern: 3 on 3 off - 6am - 6pm / 6pm-6am - Rotating
Salary: £14.61

About the Role

We are currently recruiting oh behalf of a drinks and contract packing manufacturer to be a Production Team Operative to join a busy and fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role where you will be working as part of a team to ensure products are produced efficiently, safely, and to a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  * Operate machinery and equipment in line with training and safety procedures

  * Assemble, pack, or process products according to specifications

  * Follow production schedules and meet daily targets

  * Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards

  * Maintain a clean and safe working environment

  * Report any faults, issues, or risks to supervisors promptly

  * Work collaboratively with colleagues to support team performance

What We’re Looking For

  * Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role (desirable but not essential)

  * Good attention to detail and commitment to quality

  * Ability to work effectively as part of a team

  * Strong work ethic and reliability

  * Willingness to learn and follow processes
