Production Operative – Night Shift

Location: Wellington, TA21 9JG
Pay (Night Shift):
£14.66 per hour (starter rate)
£16.13 per hour (one skill)
£18.99 per hour (multi‑skilled)
Hours: Full-time | 40 hours per week
Night Shifts: Sunday to Thursday, 22:00 – 06:00

Our client, a well‑established international packaging manufacturer, is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Production Operatives to join their night shift team in Wellington. Key Responsibilities
Operating and setting up high‑tech production machinery
Maintaining product quality to company standards
Working collaboratively to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
Progressing through a structured training pathway to become multi‑skilled
Overtime (Time and a Half):
£21.99 per hour (starter rate)
£24.20 per hour (one skill)
£28.49 per hour (multi‑skilled)
