Production Operative
Clacton-on-Sea
£13.50 per hour
Monday to Friday | Days
Temp to Perm Opportunity

We are recruiting on behalf of a manufacturing company in Clacton-on-Sea who are looking for a Production Operative to join their team.

This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment and would suit candidates with previous factory, production, assembly or manufacturing experience.

The company is looking for reliable individuals who are happy working as part of a team and are comfortable using basic hand tools as part of their day-to-day duties.

Duties will include:

Assembling products using hand tools
Cutting and preparing materials
Following basic work instructions
Carrying out visual quality checks
Packing finished products
Moving materials around the production area
Loading and unloading products when required
Keeping work areas clean and tidy
Assisting with general factory and production duties
Following Health & Safety procedures at all timesThe ideal Production Operative candidate will have:

Previous manufacturing and production or factory experience
Experience using basic hand tools
Good attention to detail
A positive and reliable attitude
Ability to work as part of a team
Good timekeeping and attendance
